From pre-communication, inspection data verification, on-site demonstration, to technical explanations, every step was handled with precision to ensure the gear milling machine could be presented in its best condition.

Complete Machining Workflow: Rough Milling, Semi-Finishing & Finishing

We explained the machine's flexible process configurations:


Rough milling: large cutting depth and high metal removal rate, ideal for rough gear profile shaping.


Semi-finishing: suitable for pre-grinding preparation of hardened components, balancing efficiency and cost.


Finishing: capable of achieving GB Class 8 accuracy, perfectly aligned with customer requirements.


The gear milling machine supports multiple process combinations. From 'rough + finish milling' completed on a single machine, to 'gear milling + gear grinding' for high-precision hardened gears, the process adaptability ensures minimal machine changeover and maximum efficiency.

We then provided the customer with operation videos, machining videos, and trial-cut footage, while also organizing all the photos taken at the workshop for their internal review.


Before the customer left the factory, we prepared an additional set of accessory configurations-tool holders, cutter heads, and consumables as a complimentary upgrade.
