The KN-SZ1800 CNC spline grinding machine is designed for precision finishing of spline shafts. It is arranged with five servo controlled axes and a high speed electric spindle for smooth and accurate motion. A key feature is the three axis synchronized dressing unit, combined with dedicated HMI gear grinding software, ensures higher level accuracy and stability. The dialogue software supports involute, triangular, and rectangular spline profiles without additional diamond rollers. With a fully enclosure, cooling, and mist collection, the machine delivers clean, efficient, and reliable performance.
